I got 5 quotes for our bathroom renovation project. Lux was not the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the most professional and thorough of the candidates. I called 3 references and all of them spoke very highly of their experience with Lux. I told one of them, who was active in real estate, that I was looking for someone who was fanatical about quality and didn't leave the punchlist half done. He replied, "That's exactly why Lux is my first choice." Our project scope grew to include kitchen work, and complexities arose involving plumbing and the furnace, but Ivan and Ned and team didn't bat an eye, even bringing in their own space heaters while the furnace was being replaced. As we kept in touch via text through all the changes, Lux responsiveness was virtually instantaneous throughout. Working through invoicing clarifications was civil and fair. This was a one month project that grew into a three month project, and the partnership I felt with the Lux team never once got off track. The photos won't tell the story of how we fought through obstacles together, but suffice it to say our expectations were met and exceeded, and we are very pleased with the results.

Ned from Lux Renovations has completed 2 large projects for my condo in Lakeview now and both were done exceptionally well. He is worth the price because he reduces so much stress during the process and makes sure you are satisfied with the end result.

I used The Lux Renovations for several remodeling projects, including a complete gut rehab of a 4,000 sq. ft. home in Wilmette. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The crew is professional and brings a high level of expertise, which gave me total peace of mind during such a large-scale renovation. If you are looking for a team that is reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, look no further. I’m thrilled with my 'new' home and will absolutely hire them again.

Ivan always goes the extra mile for his clients, we have worked with him on many projects and he is a reliable contractor. Always a pleasure when he calls with a new project he needs to order materials/design a kitchen for. His attention to detail is impressive and a one of a kind guy! I would recommend him to my friends and family without a doubt.

We reached out to Ned for a job that needed to be completed urgently, and we couldn't be more impressed with his service. Within days, he had his crew onsite, and in less than a week, the bathroom was completely finished! The team was not only efficient but also professional, making sure to keep everything clean and protected, especially the new flooring. Highly recommend Lux Renovations for any job – they deliver quality work on time!

Ivan and his team were a pleasure to work with and their work was top quality. Lux Renovations remodeled our basement after extensive basement waterproofing and we are very happy with the result. Ivan asked all the right questions to clarify exactly what we wanted and provided recommendations when we weren’t sure of the best option. The work was done well and on time. We would work with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you Ivan Koconda and Lux Renovations team for turning my work space into dream spa I always wanted!
As someone with not much experience in business projects or interior design, it was important for me to find a full scope service that wouldn't just handle the labor aspect of the project but also provide expert advice to make sure I was making the right choices for my space. Lux Renovations made the process very easy from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a contract with Lux to install engineered wood floor in master bedroom of my condominium unit.
After signing the contract, Lux took over and delivered the quality floor in amazingly seamless, efficient manner navigating rules and regulations of the condo association and even finishing before schedule!
The floor looks great because Lux used skilled, experienced crew to do the job.
The contractor is fair and accommodating and easy to work with.
The bottom line is that I am very satisfied with the product and the contractor!
I will be glad to do future business with him!
